Jealousy

I was thinking about how jealous people can be helpless. Yes! They can be helpless!!!

The jealous people have their reasons to be that way, sometimes because they want to do what we are doing, sometimes because it is about something that happened to them in the past.
Nobody likes to be around a jealous person, but it is inevitable because they're everywhere, especially at work.

Have you noticed what they say when you suggest a task or ask for some help?
They always tell you that whatever you are doing is not good enough or that it is terrible. And this is the big point! What you have done is really great and they wish they could do that, too.

Listen to them carefully, take out what is not useful and add some ideas that they gave to you while they were saying your work is not good.

They're jealous, I know, but they have another viewpoint and this can help you to add more information and make your work much better.
